All rentals are for 5 hours unless otherwise noted.
Commercial Kitchen - 5 hr.

- Kitchen + Annex: $200
- Additional Hours (Kitchen + Annex): $50/hour

Main Room - 5 hr.
- Main Room Only: $150
- Main Room + Annex: $200
- Main Room + Kitchen: $300
- Main Room + Annex + Kitchen: $350

- Entire Center: $1,000 – $2,500

Full access to the entire facility, ideal for large events, private functions, and all-day or multi-space use.

Rental Policies & Booking Information
Please contact us to inquire about long-term room rental options. If you’re a Minneluzahan member or non-profit, ask about special rates.
A $75 cash or check deposit is required for all rentals. Full payment must be received before keys to the Center are issued.
